Deckers Brands in Paris is seeking a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences, educate customers about the HOKA brand, and invite everyone into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

You will stay current on products and technologies as a HOKA Expert, assist with merchandising and cash handling, maintain a clean store, and support management with daily tasks while delivering friendly, professional customer care.

Qualifications

Two years retail experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsabilités

Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
Stay current on products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
Engage knowledgably with customers and ensure all questions are addressed before they leave the store.
Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock and employee break area, and assist with store merchandising according to Brand standards.
Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; report to Store Manager as needed.
