Deckers Brands’ HOKA Field Experience Associate for East France will deepen connections with consumers, store staff and communities, delivering pinnacle training and services to wholesale partners.

You’ll run demo events, train staff, support sales days, and help with visual merchandising while building strong relationships with partners. Fluency in French and English is required, and regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel and drive (Full Valid Driver’s License).
• Interest or experience in marketing/retail environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver HOKA demo runs and try-on events with wholesale partners, communities and events.
• Provide engaging product tech training sessions to store staff, in-person and virtual.
• Support sales days in key wholesale stores as the HOKA expert on the shop floor.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising to present the brand in-store and online.
• Visit wholesale partners and communities regularly and maintain relationships.
• Reporting, parcel sending and transporting goods as needed.
