Job summary

ERM Agchem client is seeking an EHS specialist for a site in France near Toulouse. The role is full-time and on-site, with 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.

The candidate will have 10+ years of EHS experience, with expertise in ICPE permitting, machine safety, energy isolation, and PIT, and will work with site leadership to address compliance gaps and drive improvements. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EHS with focus on French ICPE permitting, machine safety, and energy isolation.
• Fluent in English and French to support site leadership and regulatory interactions.
• Ability to implement projects and strengthen safety culture and policy deployment.
• Ability to develop and execute the site EHS roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support local management to understand key EHS priorities for the site.
• Lead the EHS team in project delivery and safety culture initiatives.
• Contribute to the site EHS roadmap development and execution.
• Provide regular daily and weekly project updates to ERM project team.
