Checkout.com is seeking a proactive Benefits SME to own and evolve our Europe and Mauritius regional benefits programs, partnering with our Global Benefits Manager. This role emphasizes data-driven strategy, vendor management, and end-to-end program execution within a fast-paced fintech environment.

You'll work across Payroll, Onboarding, Finance and Procurement to deliver competitive, employee-centric benefits while driving renewals, new implementations and seamless communications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end benefits programs in Europe and Mauritius region.
• Deep understanding of health, welfare, and retirement benefits administration.
• Vendor coordination and benefits system management (e.g., Workday).
• Strategic use of data to benchmark plans and inform decisions.
• Autonomous, proactive project leadership on renewals and implementations.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day regional benefits programs in Europe and Mauritius with payroll integrations.
• Coordinate with external providers, negotiate contracts, oversee benefits platforms.
• Shape benefits strategy using market trends and utilization data.
• Lead renewals and new implementations with clear communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations to ensure seamless benefits experience.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Onboarding, Finance, Accounting and Procurement.
• Operate with high autonomy to balance operational excellence and long-term improvements.
