Job Squad is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with French clients and identify opportunities across Life Sciences, Chemicals, Technical Engineering, Digital, and Finance sectors. You will source, interview, and place candidates while managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a clear progression path, plus benefits such as meal vouchers and transport support.

• Fluent French with professional-level English.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, or account management.

Responsabilités

• Drive business development and build relationships with companies across the French market (70% of the role).
• Identify new opportunities and win new client partnerships.
• Source, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing through to offer and placement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialist market.
• Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our key client - an international recruitment and executive search firm operating across Europe and the USA. They connect top talent with leading companies across Life Sciences, Chemicals, Technical Engineering, Digital, and Finance.

This is a commercial, relationship-driven role that blends sales, business development, and recruitment - with a clear path for growth and real earning potential.

What you'll do

• Drive business development and build relationships with companies across the French market (70% of the role)
• Identify new opportunities and win new client partnerships

• €31,055/year base salary + uncapped commission - 12% to 32% of revenue generated
• New Starter Bonus - up to €250/month for hitting KPIs + up to €250/month for new client wins during your first 4 months
