Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Agent in Paris, offering a guest-first service approach and collaboration with multiple hotel departments. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hospitality background, PMS knowledge, and strong communication in English and French. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsabilités

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smooth check-in/out.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing.
  • Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.
  • Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service.
  • Use hotel systems and digital tools to manage reservations and guest services.
  • Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks.

About The Role

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
