Nexedi, an open source software provider with a portfolio including ERP5, is seeking an Administrative role to support submission and management of French and European R&D projects. You will coordinate with French and European partners, preparing reports and ensuring budget alignment across activities.

The role requires fluency in French and English, an interest in cloud and AI, and willingness to engage with open source initiatives. Flexible location options include Lille, Paris, or remote.

• Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
• Interest in cloud, defence, AI, and open source software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with submission and management of French and European research projects; follow up with partners and prepare reports.
• Monitor and manage R&D budgets and personnel to align with company goals.
• Represent Nexedi in R&D meetings and prepare presentations for institutional partners.
• Learn about submission and administration of French and European R&D projects.
• Understand how research and innovation are carried out in Europe within SMEs and contribute to leading R&D activities.
