Nexedi, a leading open source software provider in France, is looking for an Administrative role to assist with the submission and management of research projects. The position allows for remote work, Lille, or Paris with a possibility of accommodation.

The ideal candidate will excel in French and English, and has an affinity for cloud and AI technologies. This role involves monitoring R&D budgets, representing Nexedi in meetings, and contributing to innovative research activities.

Qualificações

• Excellent command of French and English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Affinity with cloud technologies and AI is advantageous.
• Experience in free and open source software is valued.

Description

Nexedi is an open source software provider (ERP system, network management, big data infrastructure). With Amarisoft , we created Rapid.Space , a company that provides services and products around the cloud and 5G.

We also participate in French and European R&D projects (defence , cloud , 5G , industrial automation , AI). We have several projects to manage, projects that are starting and several submissions in progress. We are also a member ofEuclidia with 25 European cloud technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the submission and management of research projects = follow up of bookables with French and European partners, writing of reports, assistance with project submission;
• Monitor and manage R&D budgets and personnel, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with the company's goals ;
• Represent the company in R&D meetings, providefeeback and prepare presentations for projector institutional partners.
• Learn about the submission and administration of French and European R&D projects;
• Understand how research and innovation is carried out in Europe within SMEs ;
• Contribute to leading R&D activities of French and European technology providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French and English. German is a plus.
• An affinity with cloud, defence, sovereignty, AI is a plus;
• An affinity with free and open source software is a plus;
