Job summary

Nexedi is seeking an Administrative professional to support the management of French and European R&D projects in Lille, with potential accommodation. The role involves assisting with submission, reporting, and coordination with partners across Europe.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the submission and management of research projects; follow up with French and European partners, write reports, assist with project submission.
• Monitor and manage R&D budgets and personnel, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with the company's goals.
• Represent the company in R&D meetings, provide feedback and prepare presentations for institutional partners.

Nexedi is an open source software provider (ERP system, network management, big data infrastructure). With Amarisoft , we created Rapid.Space , a company that provides services and products around the cloud and 5G.

We also participate in French and European R&D projects ( defence , cloud , 5G , industrial automation , AI). We have several projects to manage, projects that are starting and several submissions in progress. We are also a member of Euclidia with 25 European cloud technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the submission and management of research projects = follow up of bookables with French and European partners, writing of reports, assistance with project submission;
• Monitor and manage R&D budgets and personnel, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with the company's goals ;
• Represent the company in R&D meetings, providefeeback and prepare presentations for projector institutional partners.
• Learn about the submission and administration of French and European R&D projects;
• Understand how research and innovation is carried out in Europe within SMEs ;
• Contribute to leading R&D activities of French and European technology providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French and English. German is a plus.
• An affinity with cloud, defence, sovereignty, AI is a plus;
• An affinity with free and open source software is a plus;
