Enovalife is seeking a senior consultant to support its DDAI transformation initiatives within its US R&D organization, based in Boston. The role acts as the local DDAI representative, bridging business, scientific, data, and IT teams while ensuring alignment with global DDAI strategy.

You will drive data governance, portfolio prioritization, change management, and executive reporting. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in life sciences, strong governance and AI experience, and success managing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong background in Data Governance and Data Management.
• Experience leading Digital Transformation and AI Enablement.
• Proven success managing senior stakeholders within complex international organizations.
• Experience working with R&D, Research, Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, or Scientific organizations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary DDAI representative for US R&D stakeholders.
• Capture, structure, and prioritize Digital, Data & AI business needs.
• Ensure alignment between local initiatives and the global DDAI roadmap.
• Partner closely with business and IT teams to drive value-focused initiatives.
• Communicate achievements, risks, priorities, and value delivered to leadership.
