C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to transform research-driven workflows into robust engineering processes for future quantum hardware generations. You will work across R&D and engineering to define metrics, drive improvements, and ensure manufacturability and industrialization for next-gen processors.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Semiconductor Processing or related field with at least 5 years industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Own maturation of engineering processes supporting the quantum hardware roadmap and future generations.
• Characterize processes, collect data, investigate failures and drive improvements across fabrication, assembly, integration and characterization.
• Define metrics, monitor variability, and ensure process maturity in project decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization, automation and industrialization.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to strengthen processes for future hardware.
• Support validation, reliability, and process qualification activities.
