C12 Quantum Electronics, based in Paris, seeks a Process Integration Engineer to transform quantum hardware development into repeatable engineering processes. You’ll work across R&D and engineering to identify drivers of performance, define metrics, and push for scalable industrialization.

The role sits at the research-to-production frontier, requiring strong data analysis, semiconductor experience, and an ability to influence decisions with rigorous measurements.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Semiconductor Processing, or a related technical field
• Strong communicator capable of influencing decisions through data analysis
• Experience in semiconductor process development, integration, and hardware development
• Experience defining process metrics, analyzing variability, improving yield or repeatability, and supporting root-cause investigations
• Exposure to hardware characterization, test strategy, validation, reliability or process qualification

Responsabilités

• Own maturation of engineering processes supporting C12's quantum hardware roadmap and ensure compatibility with future generations
• Develop deep understanding of end-to-end quantum hardware development processes and map dependencies
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to characterize processes, collect data, analyze failures, and drive improvements across fabrication, assembly, integration and characterization
• Ensure process assumptions and risks are visible in engineering and program decisions
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization, automation, and future industrialization to support next-gen hardware
