C12, based in Paris, is building a universal quantum computer. You will lead the nano-assembly team and help transfer ultra-pure carbon nanotubes to quantum processor microchips. The role combines hands-on hardware work with data analysis in a fast-growing, international lab environment.

You should have 3+ years in R&D or a PhD in a related field, plus Python for hardware control. English communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead the nano-assembly team of 3 engineers to advance quantum processor fabrication.
• 3+ years in R&D or a PhD in a related field (Electrical, Physics, Materials).
• Experience managing R&D engineers and organizing work streams.
• Experience designing hardware and experimental setups for quantum devices.
• Strong Python skills for hardware control and data analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilités

• Continuously improve nano-assembly vacuum setups for throughput and yield.
• Design and validate mechanical, electrical and chemical processes for qubits.
• Collaborate with software team to enhance control software and data storage.
• Analyze, summarize and present experimental data.
