C12, founded in 2020 and based in Paris, seeks engineers to join the nanoassembly team developing and operating a vacuum setup to transfer ultra-pure carbon nanotubes onto microchips for qubits.

You will design experimental protocols, inspect chips, and work with software to improve control and data storage. Strong lab experience and English required; PhD or related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• PhD or one past work experience is appreciated.
• Very good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Operate and continuously improve the nano-assembly vacuum setup.
• Design and validate experimental protocols to optimise success rate of nano-assembly.
• Optically inspect, clean and characterize silicon chips.
• Collaborate with software team to improve control software and data storage/analysis.
