Job summary

Pasqal is seeking a Product Manager for Quantum Applications to own the direction of products that turn optimization problems into practical quantum solutions. You will sit at the interface between customers, the commercial team, and development squads to define what to build, for whom, and when.

The role emphasizes proving quantified value, mapping PoCs to production, and building artefacts demonstrating discovery craft.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field (Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or Quantum Computing/Information).
• 5+ years in product management, solutions, or applied research with ownership of products or applications that solved real customer problems.
• Strong grounding in optimization and its mapping to real industry use cases.
• Operational knowledge of quantum computing capabilities, or the ability to become expert quickly.
• Data and analytics fluency with ownership of data and metrics.
• Evidence of real discovery craft: prototypes, experiments, artefacts.
• Excellent written communication – written work reflects clear thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for how Pasqal turns optimization problems into quantum applications delivering measurable customer value.
• Interface between Customers, Commercial organization, and Applications development teams; define what to build, for whom, and when.
• Ensure optimization use cases address genuine problems with quantified value and a credible path from concept to production.
