Pasqal is seeking a senior candidate for the Quantum Graph Machine Learning (QGML) team to design and drive quantum-enhanced ML methods, from research to deployment on Pasqal hardware. You will blend physics, math, and computer science with hands-on ML engineering and take ownership of technical directions.

We are a small, collaborative team, focused on internal research and collaboration with external partners, turning strong ideas into reusable algorithmic assets for client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in applied research, quantum algorithms, or ML engineering.
• Strong foundation in applied mathematics, graphs, and ML.
• Proficient in Python; ability to write clear technical reports.

Responsabilités

• Research, technology watch and innovation to inform roadmap.
• Lead design and implementation of quantum-enhanced ML models on classical hardware and Pasqal QPU.
• Own ML pipeline components: data preprocessing, post-processing, and integration with quantum hardware/simulations.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and pass on technical leadership; mentor junior team members.
