Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer based in Wasquehal, France to manage deliverables, ensure product and service compliance, and lead the site’s quality policy in HPC/SZC contracts. You will oversee the Quality Management System, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain traceability of submissions and records.

The role requires a Master’s or Bac+4 with relevant experience, strong autonomy, rigor, and collaboration skills, plus fluency in French and business English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quality and/or mechanical engineering with 2 years’ experience.
• Bac+4 degree with 5 years’ experience in quality and/or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deliverables process, including documentation and physical deliverables, as well as inspections, non-conformities and deviations.
• Ensure compliance of the company’s products and services to improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the site’s HPC/SZC quality policy by overseeing the Quality Management System for HPC and SZC contracts.
• Participate in supplier inspections and prepare the associated documentation and reports.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of deliverable submissions and maintain full traceability of the related history.
