Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions Hibon in Wasquehal, France, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager ETO to lead Engineered-to-Order systems and customized process packages. You will direct the Project Management organization, coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and margin commitments are met.

Responsibilities include forecast accuracy, budgeting, and leading cross-functional teams through international projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Typically 5–10 years of project management experience in engineered industrial equipment, or EPC environments.
• Experience delivering Engineer-to-Order projects with international customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with contracts, technical specs, P&IDs, BOMs, I&T plans, and project docs.
• ERP, scheduling, and MS Office proficiency; PM certification preferred.
• Fluent English required; French strongly preferred; multilingualism advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by projects.
• Knowledge about nuclear industry.
• Ability to lead Project Engineering and Project Management teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ETO project portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate across Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Documentation, Finance, Logistics and Service.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize project governance and processes.
• Forecast revenue, margin and cash; manage risks and change orders.
• Mentor and develop the Hibon ETO Project Management organization.
• Align PM with Engineering and Operations priorities and ensure proper governance for complex projects.
