Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Project Engineer in Hauts-de-France to ensure product and service compliance and reduce non-quality costs, working with the Project Manager and dedicated team.

You will manage the deliverables process, oversee documentation, inspections, non-conformities and deviations, and drive the quality management system for HPC and SZC contracts, while coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering with a focus on quality and/or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in managing deliverables, inspections, non-conformities and deviations.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deliverables process, covering documentation and physical deliverables, inspections, non-conformities and deviations.
• Ensure compliance of the company's products and services to improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the site's quality policy and oversee the Quality Management System for relevant contracts.
• Participate in supplier inspections and prepare related documentation and reports.
• Maintain traceability of deliverable submissions and history.
