Jobtailor is seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement professional in Rochefort, France. The role focuses on bridging process owners and operations to ensure adherence to standards on production workstations and implementing reference documents.

You will apply problem-solving tools (8D, 5P, Ishikawa, 5S) to detect deviations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with the production team. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, plus fluent English, are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Quality or Continuous Improvement
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Fluent English and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities

Responsabilités

• Act as the link between process owners and operations to implement standards on production workstations.
• Detect deviations and identify root causes using 8D, 5P, Ishikawa, 5S with the production team.
• Establish, drive and monitor action plans through to closure.
• Set up performance indicators and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between process owners and operations, ensuring the applicability and proper implementation of standards and reference documents on production workstations.
• Detect deviations and identify root causes by applying problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (8D, 5P, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team.
• Establish, drive and monitor associated action plans through to closure.
• Also set up performance indicators and have the ability to interpret the results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with a specialization in Quality or Continuous Improvement
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and good interpersonal abilities
• Experience in an aerospace production environment is a plus for the role
• Solid command of quality processes: procedures, tools, problem solving, inspection and operational monitoring
