Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to establish and maintain QMS processes in line with ASC Toulouse standards. You will drive adherence to EN/AS9100 and EN/AS9120, lead internal audits, and monitor key QA KPIs across departments.

You will conduct quality induction sessions, collaborate with customer QA reps, and promote effective communication in English. A minimum of 2 years' QA experience and ETQ Reliance exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant Quality Assurance experience.
• Good knowledge of EN/AS9100 and EN/AS9120 aerospace standards.
• Internal auditor experience required; Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; ETQ Reliance experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the processes required for the ASC Toulouse Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
• Ensure that the Global Aerospace Quality Policy is understood and followed by all departments.
• Participate in monitoring leading QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct quality induction training sessions relevant to each function.
• Lead internal audits, verifying the application of procedures and the conformity of products and facilities with aerospace quality standards.
• Collaborate with the relevant customer quality assurance representatives on all quality-related Matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant Quality Assurance experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant Quality Management Systems and national and international quality standards, including EN/AS9100 and EN/AS9120 aerospace standards.
• Internal auditor experience required; Aerospace Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI); experience deploying QMS software (ETQ Reliance) preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
