Job summary

Swan is seeking a QA engineer to act as the QA reference for two product squads: KYC/Onboarding and Capital Deposit. You will join a small, close-knit QA team and work with partners to ensure high-quality banking features, while leveraging AI to speed up testing and reduce automation debt.

You will design risk-based test strategies, automate E2E scenarios with Cucumber and Playwright, and maintain test and requirements repositories.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA for fintech or embedded banking platforms.
• Ability to design risk-based test strategies and execute automation.

Responsibilities

• Own QA for two product squads: KYC/Onboarding and Capital Deposit.
• Design risk-based test strategies and execute tests (UI & API).
• Automate E2E scenarios with Cucumber and Playwright.
• Maintain test repositories and ensure traceability of requirements.
• Report, classify, and drive resolution of defects; participate in root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers and align with QA team.
