Job summary

Swan, a leading European fintech, is seeking a QA reference for two product squads (KYC/Onboarding and Capital Deposit). You will join a close-knit QA team, collaborating with Product Managers and engineers to ensure high-quality banking features.

You will drive risk-based testing, automate with Cucumber and Playwright, and leverage Claude AI to accelerate test design and execution. You will help reduce test debt, maintain the Qase test suite and requirements repository, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Experience in QA for product squads with end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on with test automation using Cucumber and Playwright.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted QA workflows and CI/CD.
• Experience in coordinating with Product Managers and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design risk-based test strategies and test cases for new features.
• Execute functional, exploratory and regression testing (UI and API).
• Automate end-to-end scenarios with Cucumber and Playwright to cover new features.
• Maintain test repositories (Qase) and the requirements repository.
• Report bugs clearly and participate in root-cause analyses.
• Prioritize work across two squads and keep teams informed of status.
