What we need to see:

• Master’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, economics, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in public sector business development, strategic sales, partnerships, account management, or go-to-market leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to build strong connections with senior government officials, executive decision-makers, system integrators, cloud providers, research institutions, and technology partners.
• Familiarity with public procurement, data sovereignty, security requirements, responsible AI, regulatory considerations, and governance frameworks affecting technology adoption.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the executive presence to engage policy, technical, operational, and business audiences.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience formulating and advancing public sector market initiatives, building impactful value propositions, and encouraging measurable improvement within sophisticated technology settings.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA public sector environment, encompassing national and regional governments, research institutions, healthcare and education bodies, system integrators, cloud providers, and key technology collaborators.
