CATL is expanding its communications team in Paris, seeking a Public Relations specialist to support media relations, branding, and corporate messaging in France. The role is based in Paris and focuses on strengthening CATL's profile in the French market.

You will develop strategies for the French market, manage local media and KOL relationships, organize events, write press materials, and coordinate with HQ and global subsidiaries to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications/journalism/marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in media/public relations/marketing.
• International PR/marketing experience; knowledge in battery/automotive/energy industry a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; strong interpersonal and social media skills.

CATL is a global group specialised in leading battery manufacturing technologies.

We are looking to hire a Public repations specialist, to join our team to support and assist our expanding in our Entity in France-Paris. As we grow, we will also be expanding into new markets and there will be opportunities to contribute to this expansion.

Your Main Tasks

1. Participating in the development and execution of communications strategies for the French market;
2. Handling local media/KOL relations, implementing cooperation with local media/KOLs, and exploring new communication/branding resources and opportunities in France;
3. Building and developing an exclusive network of KOLs, journalists, academia, investors and other stakeholders to enhance CATL corporate image in France;
4. Planning and organizing communication activities for trade fairs, events, exhibitions and conferences in France;
5. Writing/polishing press releases and statements, preparing Q&A for interviews and drafting speeches for executives;
6. Supporting HQ global PR and coordinating with CATL’s subsidiaries across the world;

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in communications/journalism/marketing, 5-10 years' experience in media/public relations/marketing;
2. International media/public relations/marketing; knowledge in battery/automotive/energy industry a plus;
3. Fluent in French/English; good inter-personal communications skills; social media skills;
4. Work well with a multi-cultural and diverse workforce, able to work independently and under pressure, mature and resourceful;
