Job summary

CATL invites you to join our expanding overseas energy storage sales team in Paris, driving growth across international markets. You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver forecasts, and build lasting client relationships to meet annual targets.

English fluency is required; additional French or Italian is a plus. The role requires frequent travel, strategic market insight, and a proactive mindset to compete globally while maintaining CATL’s leadership in energy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in driving sales in energy storage related industries; overseas preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of energy storage technologies and market dynamics.
Competitive, ambitious, and achievement-driven.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Fluent in English; additional languages (French/Italian) a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop overseas energy storage business with strategic approach and meet sales targets.
Negotiate commercial contracts, terms sheets, and prices for projects.
Coordinate between project team and cross-functional departments.
Manage quotations and orders to ensure yearly sales completion.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain understanding of regional markets and monitor industry trends.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through excellent service.
