Job summary

Exyte, a leader in Biopharma & Life Science projects, seeks a Proposal Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid lifecycle for international projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure our proposals align with client expectations and Exyte’s strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement across the process.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development to craft tailored responses, executive summaries, and compelling pricing strategies,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, ideally with Data Center projects or related high-tech industries.
• Experience working in EPC services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions.
• Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs, guiding the team in crafting tailored responses.
• Organize, direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal preparation teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development to gather technical and commercial input.
• Oversee the creation of proposal documents including executive summaries, technical narratives, pricing strategies, and presentations.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across proposal activities.
• Maintain proposal templates, qualification materials, and ensure alignment with brand and strategic messaging.
• Support Business development in customer acquisition, take part in proposal presentations
