Job summary

Exyte is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager (m/f/d) to oversee international bid development for our Biopharma & Life Science division. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliant and compelling responses, and drive continuous improvement across the proposal lifecycle.

The role requires strong English and French communication, a track record in EPC or related fields, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years relevant work experience in proposal management or related field.
• Experience in EPC services or construction/engineering environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal process for international projects.
• Review and interpret RFPs and RFQs; guide tailored responses.
• Direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development for inputs.
• Oversee creation of executive summaries, technical narratives, pricing strategies, and presentations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across proposal activities.
• Maintain templates and qualification materials aligned with brand messaging.
• Support business development in customer acquisition and take part in presentations.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions
• Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs, guiding the team in crafting tailored responses
• Organize, direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal preparation teams
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development to gather technical and commercial input
• Oversee the creation of proposal documents including executive summaries, technical narratives, pricing strategies, and presentations
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across proposal activities
• Maintain proposal templates, qualification materials, and ensure alignment with brand and strategic messaging
• Support Business development in customer acquisition, take part in proposal presentations

Show your expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related field
• 10+ years relevant work experience
• Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, ideally with a proven track record in Data Center projects or related high-tech industries
• Prior experience working in EPC services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to mobilize and engage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
