Jobtailor in Istres, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, is seeking self-motivated contractors to onboard new properties and act as ALB’s local area representative. You’ll manage property portfolios, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and nurture relationships with owners and guests in a flexible, partly remote role.

Ideal candidates have persuasive skills, autonomy, strong time-management, and a willingness to learn. Start date at your discretion, with earnings via commissions on client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status
• Persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
• Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other background
• Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Start date at your discretion

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard new properties for management
• Become ALB’s local area representative
• Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests
• Organize your schedule freely and work partly remotely and in the field
• Develop a client portfolio generating recurring commissions
