Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by Greystar's core values.
• Coordinates daily activities and resources of the properties to meet budgeted goals.
• Supports onsite B2C sales and promotions and conducts site tours for prospects.
• Oversees tenancy management, inspections, evictions, and fee collections as per agreements.
• Shapes local marketing and leasing strategies with Marketing & Sales to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensures marketing campaigns, branding standards and events are implemented effectively.
• Manages relationships with Corporate accounts, University and Agent partners to drive leasing activity.
• Keeps abreast of legislation and drives safety culture with Health & Safety teams.
