Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi-family property in Raleigh. Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease signings, and move-in coordination.

You will implement marketing plans, monitor occupancy, and ensure show units meet company standards, while supporting renewal processes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing.
• Ability to screen applicants and process applications.
• Familiarity with lease renewals and resident relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead leasing to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Show apartments and process applications and screenings.
• Coordinate move-in packages and lease signing.
• Inspect units and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Track availability and tenant data in software.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and assist renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
