Jobtailor seeks a P&B Director for Swiss Romandy, reporting to the Swiss Managing Director, to shape country-wide strategic matters and lead property and building operations with a focus on safety culture and compliance.

You will drive technical excellence and innovation across the business, manage P&B performance against country targets, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute the strategy while leveraging a strong regional business network.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical consulting within the property and building sector, building operations, and rigorous project management.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives that have increased revenue and commercial success.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a senior leadership role with technical, operational, and financial responsibilities.
• Strong business network in the region.
• Fluent in English and French.
