Context: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client to support a Project Director in evaluating solutions for Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans (BCP/DRP) related to email and communication. The role covers the entire cycle: evaluating alternative/fallback solutions, preparing and managing the tender process, selecting the solution, and overseeing its deployment. The scope includes email, instant messaging, and telephony within a Microsoft 365 environment: Outlook, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams.MISSIONS: Evaluation of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Solutions • Lead the organization and analysis of shortlisted solutions. • Evaluate their suitability for contingency and/or fallback scenarios. • Challenge technical and functional analyses. • Present results in a detailed, structured, and actionable manner. • Provide concrete decision-making support to governance bodies. • Advocate for sponsors' objectives throughout the process.Tender Management • Coordinate the preparation and launch of the tender with the Project Director. • Participate in formalizing the needs and expected criteria. • Participate in analyzing the responses and evaluating the solutions/applications. • Produce a structured report to facilitate decision-making.Deployment of the selected solution • Manage the implementation project for the chosen solution. • Coordinate the various teams and stakeholders. • Ensure that messaging, communication, and telephony considerations are taken into account. • Monitor risks, alerts, arbitration, and decisions. • Manage quality, costs, deadlines, and progress.Governance & Reporting • Implement a dashboard for the Executive Committee and sponsors. • Produce the KPIs and summaries necessary for management. • Ensure cross-functional coordination with other entities.Essential Skills • Email: Confirmed – ESSENTIAL • Project Management: Confirmed – ESSENTIAL • Telephone: Confirmed – ESSENTIAL • Fluent French – ESSENTIALA solid understanding of enterprise communication environments is expected, including: • Microsoft 365 / O365 • Outlook • Exchange • Microsoft Teams • Instant messaging • Telephony / Unified communications • Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) / Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and disaster recovery solutionsWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with genuine technical knowledge of messaging and communication environments, not just general project management experience.
