Free-Work UK is leading a customer experience transformation in the retail sector, coordinating local and international teams through the full lifecycle. On-site in Cairo, you will own end-to-end delivery and manage planning, budget, risks, and steering committee reporting.

You should have a proven track record on Salesforce Commerce/Service/Marketing Cloud and fluency in Arabic and English. Experience with consulting or system integration environments is a plus and retail CX projects are

• Proven track record managing projects on Salesforce technology (Commerce / Service / Marketing Cloud).
• Experience leading retail or customer experience projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the CX retail transformation program
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, tech, vendor) on site in Cairo
• Manage planning, budget, risks and steering committee reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Proven track record managing projects on Salesforce technology (Commerce / Service / Marketing Cloud)
• Prior experience leading retail or customer experience projects
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Background in a consulting firm or system integrator is a plus
