Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a Project Manager to lead successful delivery across all project phases. You will be responsible for quality, budgets, schedules, and governance while coordinating teams and resources.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, excellent English/French communication, and a solid understanding of business processes. You will also participate in sales activities and train client staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer/software engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of all project phases
• Be accountable for overall quality, commitments, schedule adherence and budget compliance for projects and ongoing support activities
• Effectively manage project governance, risks, change, negotiations, communications and project setbacks
• Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, define execution sequence, and determine resources and interdependencies
• Work with team members to set estimates and identify the appropriate resources
• Participate in the sales process
• Analyze current business processes and define new processes that will improve the client’s operational efficiency
• Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users
• Prepare and review project documentation: business processes, user guides, test plans, system documentation, procedures and framework definitions
• Design and update training materials and deliver training to key client staff
• Act as a facilitator and participate in implementing organizational changes
• Estimate costs and effort required to deliver large, complex projects
• Earn the client’s trust and build relationships that extend beyond the project lifecycle
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Manage and resolve issues while providing outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/software engineering, computer science or a related discipline
• A minimum of one to three years’ experience in a similar role (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Proficiency in English and French
• Strong understanding of business process concepts (required)
• IT experience (required)
• Proven ability to multitask while demonstrating initiative and creativity
• Leadership skills and experience managing project teams
