Job summary

Zadient is seeking a Project Manager to establish industrial capacity in our French operations. You will lead facilities, build the process engineering teams, and drive validation of equipment and processes.

You will report to the CEO and senior management, align scientists and engineers, and uphold uncompromising safety standards while ramping up production. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed.

Job description

The project manager has the responsibility of establishing Zadient industrial capacity, covering :

1. Managing facilities and building the process engineering teams
2. Ensuring successful completion of equipment validation, followed by process validation
3. Managing modifications and non-conformities relating to new equipment (specially furnaces)

The Project Manager will define a clear mandate with the CEO and the senior management team.

His success will depend on how he builds alignment and collaboration between scientists and engineers.

1. Broad understanding of industrial operations. Semiconductor experience is an advantage but is not essential. Experience in other industrial sectors, such as pharmaceuticals or automotive, can also provide the necessary credibility.
2. Demonstrated ability and experience in project and people management
3. Sound project management capabilities across cost, quality, schedule and risk.
