Job summary

Zadient is seeking a Project Manager to establish industrial capacity in our French operations. You will lead facilities, build the process engineering teams, and drive validation of equipment and processes.

You will report to the CEO and senior management, align scientists and engineers, and uphold uncompromising safety standards while ramping up production. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of industrial operations.
• Experience in project and people management.
• Sound project management capabilities across cost, quality, schedule and risk.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to set clear priorities during the ramp-up while maintaining uncompromising safety standards
• Practical knowledge of facilities and utilities, including water and electricity.
• Ability to report effectively to the Board.
• Leadership, charisma and the ability to build and engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and build the process engineering teams
• Ensure successful completion of equipment validation, followed by process validation
• Managing modifications and non-conformities relating to new equipment (specially furnaces)
