Zadient in France is seeking an Engineering Director to lead engineering and industrial projects, scaling crystal growth and wafer manufacturing capabilities. You will own CAPEX planning, oversee facilities, equipment and processes, and ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering/industrial role with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments is preferred.
• Fluent French and English are required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the engineering and industrial project roadmap.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects with budget and schedule discipline.
• Own and control Zadient's global CAPEX budget from planning to follow-up.
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and handover of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Ensure readiness of systems for product qualification, ramp-up and capacity expansion.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards are met.
