Allianz Technology is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical core of a squad, delivering production AI solutions across backend, frontend, data, and ops. You will partner with Allianz OEs and ecosystem to adapt MVS/Building Blocks and craft custom integrations, ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

You will operate in cloud-native stacks with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and observability, while collaborating closely with an AI Engagement Manager and documenting all work

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineer with a track record of shipping production code across backend, frontend, data, and ops.
• Able to work in unfamiliar codebases, domains, and partner environments and deliver value.
• Experience with cloud-native stacks and DevOps (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes); testing and observability in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of modern data/AI stack (Python, APIs, vector databases) and integrating LLM/agent frameworks; prompt-first mindset.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills; works with AI Engagement Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Understand problems with domain experts and translate them into production AI solutions.
• Reuse and extend MVS/AI Building Blocks to design and implement custom services, integrations, and agents.
• Ship solutions across backend, frontend, data/ML, ops; own path from development to production.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability; set up CI/CD, containerization, and IaaC.
• Document, operationalize, and scale by contributing patterns to central building-block catalogue.
