Allianz Technology is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical core of a squad bringing AI into business processes for Allianz OEs. You will adapt existing MVS and AI Building Blocks, or build custom components and solutions for production deployment.

Collaborating with AI Engagement Managers and IT teams, you will design, implement, and scale AI services across backend, frontend, data, and ops while ensuring security and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Shipping production-grade software across a large stack (backend, frontend, data, and ops).
• Adapt to unfamiliar codebases, domains, and partner environments.
• Cloud-native stacks and DevOps (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes) experience.
• Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and vector databases; LLM/agent framework integration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Be integrated with domain experts to translate problems into production AI solutions.
• Reuse and extend MVS/AI Building Blocks to design and implement custom services.
• Ship solutions across stacks, owning development to production deployment.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability; set up CI/CD, containers, and IaaC as needed.
• Document, operationalize, and scale by contributing patterns back to the catalog.
