Sanofi is offering a 6-month internship in Paris within the digital accelerator team. You will help develop a product capability framework, design learning initiatives, and foster AI adoption across the Product Owner community.

The program combines mentorship and hands-on collaboration to build capabilities in product strategy and operations. Starting January 2027, this internship provides exposure to cutting-edge AI in pharma product development, with mentors and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Soft and technical skills: Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity.
Interest in digital product culture and AI trends.
Master’s degree in business management or digital transformation.

Responsabilités

Research industry practices and define required skills for AI-powered Product Owners.
Develop a structured skills framework and maturity model for PO capabilities.
Coordinate Digital Accelerator leadership, HR, and PO leads to integrate framework into recruitment.
Support PO Dojo planning: a 3-day upskilling program.
Promote AI adoption by identifying tools and use cases for Product Owners.
Foster knowledge sharing and learning activities to strengthen product culture.
