Job summary
Sanofi is offering a 6‑month internship in Drug Product Development & Delivery in Marcy l’Etoile, starting February 2027. You will contribute to optimizing the manufacturing process for mRNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles and to physico-chemical characterisation, while learning under mentors in a collaborative team.

- Soft and technical skills: curiosity, team spirit, rigour.
- Experience in nanotechnology.
- Fluent English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Take part in optimising the manufacturing processes for messenger RNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles
- Contribute to the physico-chemical characterisation of lipid nanoparticles throughout the process
- Support us for in implementing online analytical methods compatible with different production matrices
- Collaborate on improving the thermal stability of the finished product during manufacture and storage
- Contribute to understanding the formation and structure of lipid nanoparticles
- Support us in evaluating the performance of lipid nanoparticles during drug administration
- Take part in suggesting formulation strategies suited to production environments
