Qualificações

• 6-month internship in drug product development and delivery.
• Education background in chemical fields and biosciences.
• English fluent language required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in optimizing manufacturing processes for mRNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles.
• Contribute to physico-chemical characterisation of lipid nanoparticles.
• Support deployment of online analytical methods for production matrices.
• Collaborate on improving the thermal stability of the finished product.
• Help understand formation and structure of lipid nanoparticles.
• Assist evaluating performance of lipid nanoparticles during administration.
• Suggest formulation strategies suited to production environments.
