Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a 6-month internship in Paris to support product strategy and operations within the Digital Accelerator. You will help develop a product capability framework, design learning initiatives, and promote AI adoption across the Product Owner community.

The role offers mentorship, hands-on projects, and exposure to cutting-edge healthtech. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master’s program with a passion for digital product culture and AI trends, fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business management or digital transformation.
• Interest in digital product culture and AI trends.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Research industry best practices and define skills, behaviors and mindsets for Product Owners in an AI-powered environment.
• Develop a structured skills framework and maturity model to assess Product Owner capabilities and growth.
• Coordinate with Digital Accelerator leadership, HR and PO leads to integrate the framework into recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Prepare and coordinate the PO Dojo, a three-day upskilling program with hands-on training and peer learning.
• Promote AI adoption among Product Owners by identifying tools and use cases and sharing best practices.
• Foster a collaborative Product Owner community through knowledge sharing and learning activities.
