Jobgether SRL in France seeks a Product Owner for Recommendation Systems to own the post-purchase experience, focusing on activation, matching, relevance, and personalized recommendations. You will lead discovery, segmentation, and experimentation with cross-functional teams in a remote, international environment.

You will design hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineers, designers, analytics, and data/ML specialists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2C product experience across activation, onboarding, or first-session experiences.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large volumes of offers or matches.
• Understanding of search and feed relevance, matching, or personalized recommendations.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data.
• Experience in marketplaces, aggregators, dating/social discovery, real estate, e-commerce with large catalogs, or similar discovery-driven products.
• Strong ability to formulate hypotheses, define requirements, and establish measurable success criteria.
• Proven ability to drive product delivery from idea to implementation and evaluation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-purchase customer journey focusing on activation, matching, relevance, and velocity to meaningful value for paying customers.
• Optimize offer volume and recommendation quality to deliver a relevant yet manageable set of opportunities.
• Improve relevance and trustworthiness of recommendations and increase invitations reaching paying customers.
• Design and improve engagement mechanics like gamification, nudges, reminders, and reactivation features.
• Partner with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML teams to prioritize, test, and launch improvements.
• Manage product requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines for predictable execution.
• Run experiments and analyze results to iterate towards measurable impact.
