Alan is seeking a Product Manager — Sales AI to shape AI-powered sales tools within healthcare insurance. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and sales to define the right product and deliver a high-impact roadmap.

You will own the end-to-end product experience, from prioritizing features to wiring prompts and evaluating outputs, ensuring a coherent, customer-focused tool that accelerates offers and win rates across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products.
• Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Reinvent the sales workflow and push the right actions at the right moment in the sales process.
• Build and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation over features.
• Get hands-on near the engine room (prompts, connectors, evaluation) to unblock progress.
• Empower better, faster offers by merging offers, content and market signals.
• Keep the experience coherent by partnering with adjacent AI teams.
