PTC Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for its Learning Management System within the Technical Enablement group. The role focuses on shaping the LMS and enablement platform ecosystem, driving enhancements, and improving learner engagement across global programs.

You will translate business needs into scalable technology, collaborate with content, analytics, and program teams, and ensure reliable delivery of learning experiences across multiple sites including Paris, Aix-en-Provence, and Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Learning Technologies, Digital Platforms, or a related area.
• Experience managing business applications or enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage components of the Technical Enablement systems roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into product enhancements and platform capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support governance processes for learning systems and associated technologies.
• Collaborate with Technical Enablement teams responsible for training systems, curriculum strategy, analytics, and program management.
• Advocate for a learner-centric approach in all product decisions and drive adoption.
