Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Good understanding of AI agents, copilots, recommendations, and automation.
• Ability to learn complex operational environments quickly, map workflows, understand KPIs.
• Experience with products or solutions for large enterprise customers, including adoption and deployment constraints.
• Ability to separate bespoke customer requests from repeatable product opportunities and convert discovery into reusable modules.

Responsabilités

• Define the product strategy for one or more product lines and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data teams, Operations Researchers, Customer Operations, and Sales to translate pain points into product capabilities.
• Partner with enterprise customers and design partners to map workflows and KPIs for scalable deployments.
• Support GTM readiness by helping build product narratives, demo flows, and proof points with Sales and Customer Success.
• Anchor product decisions in measurable outcomes like operational efficiency, risk detection, planning quality, and adoption.
• Explore AI enablement to remove manual work and support better decisions with explainable outputs.
