You will steer the agent portfolio, oversee AI compliance and cost, and collaborate with engineers and business units to drive AI adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams in a fast-moving startup.
• Strong communication across functions and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and model safety.

Responsabilités

• Own AIgent Hub product vision and roadmap.
• Manage agent portfolio decisions (build/buy/kill) with metrics.
• Ensure AI compliance, cost control, and scalability.
• Lead engineers on AI Ops initiatives and set technical direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption across Pelico.
• Define KPIs and present ROI to the C-suite.
