Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer to join the Digital For Operation team. You will translate shop-floor needs into SAP-based E2E processes, enforce Fit-to-Standard, and guide priorities across sites and tools.

You will drive SAP visualization, lead cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to a resilient digital transformation in aerospace operations.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• 5+ years in complex, regulated industries and ERP deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, ideally S/4HANA.
• Ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies and drive change.

Responsabilités

• Translate shop-floor needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes in SAP.
• Enforce Fit-to-Standard approach and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.
• Structure complex issues into Epics and influence deployment priorities.
• Distill SAP logic into clear visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between Information Management and production sites.
